N-Pay questions
How does payment to an account differ from acquiring?
With payment to an account, the customer transfers money from their bank straight to you: there is no intermediary and no acquiring fee. With acquiring, the customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the bank charges its own fee, around 1.3% at large banks. You choose which methods to turn on, and the customer sees only those.
Which bank must my account be with?
For payment straight to your account at a machine or till, the account must be with VST Bank or monobank. Company invoices and website payments can also go to an account at PrivatBank, PUMB or A-Bank. Through acquiring, LiqPay, Portmone, MonoPay, A-Bank acquiring and others work.
Which QR standard do you use?
National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Rules No. 97 of 19 August 2025, in force since 1 November 2025. We create QR codes in format 003, where the amount is locked. Banks must still read the old formats 001 and 002, so signs printed earlier keep working.
Do you issue a fiscal receipt?
Yes. Your Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa PRRO issues the receipt both for payments through acquiring and for payments straight to your account.
