Security questions
How much does an alarm installation cost?
The price depends on the size of the site and the number of sensors. The technician gives the exact amount after the visit, and the consultation and estimate are free. A ready Ajax StarterKit costs 10 099 ₴ without installation.
Is there a monthly fee for the alarm?
No, phone control and alerts need no monthly fee. You only pay a security company if you connect the alarm to its monitoring station.
What happens in a power cut?
The alarm runs on the hub’s backup battery and stays connected via Ethernet and a SIM card. If one channel drops, alerts go through the other.
What warranty do you give?
Three years on installation: we write the warranty into the contract before work starts. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Will the sensors react to pets?
Ajax motion sensors have pet immunity. If you have a cat or a dog, tell us during the visit and we will pick sensors to suit.
