Water vending questions
Do I need to replace the machine itself?
No. If the controller works, the N-Pay board fits into the bill acceptor line and only adds phone payment. If the controller is old, N-AQUA replaces it, while the cabinet, pump and filters stay.
What happens to coins and notes?
The machine keeps taking them. The coin and bill acceptors connect to the board, so cash is counted in the dashboard and gets a receipt too.
Does the machine work without internet?
The machine takes cash without a connection. QR payment waits for the connection: until it is back, the payment page will not open and no money is charged.
How much is the subscription per machine?
350 ₴ per month for each machine. What it includes is on the NAGLYAD CLOUD page.
What does a receipt via PRRO cost?
We register a Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa cash register to your business; the setup costs 750 ₴ one-off. You pay the cash-register service its own tariff; passing payments to your PRRO is part of the subscription.
Do you make filters and osmosis?
No, we don’t do water treatment. We fit the board and the payment, and sell ready machines with filters and osmosis in the shop.
