N-SPORT questions
Does the turnstile work without internet?
Yes. The membership base lives on the controller at the turnstile, so it checks the card itself. Entries made while offline are stored on the board and reach the log as soon as the internet is back.
Which cards and readers fit?
Standard RFID cards and key fobs, with the reader connected to N-GATE STANDARD. We agree the card type at setup so the cards your clients already have keep working. For QR-only entry, N-GATE MINI is enough.
Do I need a payment terminal?
No. At the counter the software creates a monobank invoice with a QR, the client pays by phone, and the sale is recorded automatically with a Checkbox fiscal receipt.
Can I run several gyms?
Yes. Each gym has its own cash desks, stock, schedule and logs under one account. Roles are given per gym, so the admin of one gym does not see another.
Is there an app for clients?
The client account opens in the phone browser from the gym’s link, nothing to install. An app under the chain’s brand we build on request.
How much does N-SPORT cost for a gym?
We price it by the number of gyms and entry points. We give access to your own system on request.
