Laundry questions
Which machines can be connected?
Washers and dryers that allow start control. Rates for Miele machines are ready. Send us the machine model and we will tell you if the controller fits.
Does the laundry need an attendant?
No. People scan the QR on the machine, choose a programme and pay, and the machine starts. You see revenue and the status of every machine in the dashboard, and any fault triggers an alert, for example in Telegram.
How is per-minute payment charged?
For per-minute rates, the bank first holds the amount and then charges only for the minutes the machine actually ran.
How many machines can be connected?
From 2 to 40 in one kit. Each machine gets its own controller with its own QR, so you can add machines over time.
How much does kit setup cost?
For a 4-machine kit, setup costs 2 250 ₴ one-off. For any other number of machines we will price it in the estimate.
