What if the site loses internet?
The machine keeps working and taking cash. QR payment does not open without a connection, so the customer is not charged. The dashboard shows the machine is offline and sends an alert, for example to Telegram.
Can several people use the dashboard?
Yes. The company owner adds location admins and managers, and each sees only their own sites. You decide how many people to add.
How is the board firmware updated?
Through the dashboard, with no technician visit. New firmware reaches the board when it is online, and the machine settings stay.
Is there a phone app?
The dashboard opens in a phone or computer browser, no separate app to install. Faults and events trigger alerts, for example in Telegram.
Who takes the money and issues the receipt?
A bank or a PayPass terminal takes the money, and a Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa software cash register (PRRO) issues the receipt. The dashboard links every payment to its machine and shows it with the receipt.
