No. The board sits between the bill acceptor and the machine controller and passes on the amount just like a banknote. The bill acceptor and mechanics stay. NV9 and CashCode on CCNET, ccTalk and pulse protocols fit, and for the MDB bus there is N-Pay MDB.
The payment page says the machine is unavailable right now and does not open payment. No money is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Not yet. Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 894 requires it for machine sales three months after martial law ends or is lifted. Communities in combat zones and temporarily occupied territories are exempt.
A N-Pay board costs 9 500 ₴, for the MDB bus 12 500 ₴, PRRO setup 750 ₴ one-off, subscription 350 ₴ per month per machine. Prices exclude installation. If payment goes through acquiring, the bank charges its own fee.
Straight to your account or through acquiring, as you choose. The direct route has no intermediaries and no acquiring fee. With acquiring, the customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the bank takes a fee. How both work is on the N-Pay page.
A POS terminal takes a physical card and costs from 14 600 ₴ in our shop. A N-Pay board shows a QR, the customer pays with their phone, and the machine starts just as it does for a banknote. If a terminal is already there, the board works alongside it.
