Car wash questions
Do I need to replace the hydraulics and bays?
No. The N-WASH controller replaces the old one and runs the same pumps and valves, while N-Pay for car washes only adds payment to your controller. We neither supply nor replace bays, pumps or hydraulics.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The bay keeps taking notes and coins. QR payment waits for the connection: until it is back, the payment page will not open and the driver’s card is not charged.
How much is the subscription per bay?
350 ₴ per month for each bay. What it includes is on the NAGLYAD CLOUD page.
How does the driver get a receipt?
We register a Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa software cash register (PRRO) for your sole proprietorship (FOP) or LLC and connect it to the board. Setup costs 750 ₴ one-off, then each receipt reaches the driver on its own. We close the Vchasno.Kasa shift automatically.
Who installs the board on the bay?
Installation is not included in the price. Your technician connects the board using our diagram, and we help by phone. If you need our installer, we will quote after a call.
