Shelter questions
How does the system know about an alert?
The controller receives the alert signal from the warning system for your region and releases the lock at once. After the all-clear, the doors lock if the sensors see no one inside.
What if the connection drops?
You can always get out. The emergency exit button inside releases the lock directly, bypassing the system, so the doors open even offline.
How much does shelter automation cost?
The price depends on the door, the lock and the number of sensors, so we price each shelter after seeing a photo of the doors.
Can I manage several shelters together?
Yes. The doors of all shelters are in one N-GATE app: you see who opened them and when, and whether the controller is online. Nobody has to stay with a key at each shelter.
