1. Who processes the data

Your data is processed by NAGLYADSERVICE LLC, EDRPOU code 43987039.

We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. What data we collect

On the website we collect only what you enter in a form yourself.

  • Your phone number and, if you gave it, your name.
  • The type of business and what you enter in the form: bays, machines, devices or gates.
  • In the partner form: company name, city and role.
  • In the engineering form: a description of the task.

3. Why we need this data

  • To call you back and answer your questions.
  • To price the equipment and the estimate for your site.
  • To send partner terms or reply to an engineering request.

We do not send advertising to your phone.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass your data to other companies for advertising. Your request is seen only by NAGLYAD staff responsible for the product you are asking about.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your request while we discuss your site and delete it at your request. After the conversation ends, we keep it for no longer than 3 years.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies so that forms work. The website uses no analytics services.

7. Cameras and number plates

At sites with N-LPR, NAGLYAD PARK or N-GATE, cameras read number plates. The site owner decides which cameras record video.

  • What we process: the plate number, a photo of the plate, a camera frame, entry and exit times, video of the pass and plates you added to N-GATE yourself.
  • Why: so that the barrier admits residents by plate, the car park counts time and payment, and the site owner sees the entry log.
  • Where it is stored: N-LPR video and logs stay on the site’s server, while N-GATE and NAGLYAD PARK plates and passes are stored on those apps’ servers.
  • How long: N-LPR video is kept for seven days unless the site owner set another period for the camera, and the site owner sets the N-LPR log period. We keep N-GATE and NAGLYAD PARK plates and passes for no longer than 3 years.

8. Your rights and contact

You can find out which of your data we keep, correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us by email or on Telegram, and we will reply within 30 days.
