What happens to access when the power goes out?
When the power goes out, the controller and the barrier run on a UPS, and a 220 V sensor with the UPS will open the gates. The SIM card is already in the controller, so without internet residents open with a call from a known number, and the list of people is kept in the controller itself.
Do you deliver the controller to Kyiv?
Yes. Every N-GATE model is in the NAGLYAD.SHOP store with Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine, Kyiv and its suburbs included. Before ordering, send a photo of the entrance and the drive brand, and we’ll check that the controller fits.
Can residents open from our complex’s own app?
Yes. N-GATE has an API for the app of the developer or the management company: residents open the gates, see their access points and invite guests right there.
How do I let a guest in without the app?
Send the guest an invite link. They open it in the browser, confirm the number by SMS and open the barrier from the phone, with nothing to install.
