Homeowners’ association questions
Who pays for residents’ access?
The homeowners’ association (OSBB) pays one subscription: 249 ₴ per month per controller, including 100 active residents, the SIM and internet. Every extra 100 people cost 100 ₴ per month.
Do residents need to buy remotes?
No. Residents open the barrier in the app, with the Open widget on the home screen or in Telegram, and with a call to the controller’s SIM even from a basic push-button phone. The wicket and entrance doors can also open with a key fob. No more remotes to buy and program.
How do I cut off a debtor’s access?
Pause their flat in the app. The residents can no longer use the parking or the lift, but they still get into the entrance and home: you choose which doors the debt takes away. Once the debt is paid, lift the pause and access returns without being issued again.
